Totally recommended place to stay close to Yuma (just 10 min from downtown). Very nice and friendly hosts. Nice, clean, and really hot shower/bathroom; pool and hot tub; quiet and paceful; mix of long term and short term residents. The spaces are fairly big (bigger than most RV resorts around) with full hookups, and they have Passport America discount. What else can you ask for?

Super friendly host. We appreciated the nice and clean shower. The spots are spacious and surrounded by palm trees. If you have Passport America, it’s even more affordable and definitely a good option for visiting Yuma.

A peaceful winter “home” for snowbirds. We paid $400/month for full hookups plus $40 for electricity. The manager is very pleasant and accommodating. She will show you the available sites and let you choose. They offer Passport America rates for up to 3 days. Sites are large enough, mixed grass & sand. Mature trees provide some shade and aesthetics. The RV sites are in a separate section than the long-term residents. Folks are friendly.
There is a swimming pool and a spa, both kept clean and free of debris. There is a clubhouse (with wifi available), but no scheduled activities. There is a single bathroom in there with a shower that you can use. A new gym-room just opened. The laundry building (out by the dumpsters) has very old machines—some work, some just don’t. We go to one of the many well-attended laundromats in town.
The park is surrounded by scenic agriculture fields, a pretty water canal in the back, and distant mountains views out front—great to catch the sunset! If you’re into ATVs, you can get on those type of roads directly out of the park. Peaceful and mostly quiet there except for an occasional passing train. 3 miles from Yuma with all the shopping and other activities that you could ever need.
Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay for the winter.

We loved our time here. Nice neighbors, quiet at night (occasional train during the day) and the front desk lady, Daisy, is so awesome! She is very patient and accommodating. We would stay here again

So grateful to this park to allow me to park with my Dodge Caravan for the night. I was to drive 25 mi. to a BML camping and just stopped by. I joined the office through phone and Daisy was very welcoming and set me up easily. I even got a good shower after days of dry camping!. Laundromat was open and I washed my bed sheets! Just the Paradise! There is also a clean swimming pool. The Wifi connection is great and much better than the motel in town I was last week. I just booked 3 more nights! BRAVO

My in-law’s have been staying at this park for several years. We have been joining them the past few years and Daisy has been very accommodating and friendly. Nice club house, pool, spa, and has laundry facilities! We enjoy staying at this park and all guests are friendly.

Very welcoming!
If you’re looking for highly manicured, gravel courts with concrete slabs, this isn’t it.
If you want warm, friendly people with a homey atmosphere, some lawn and lots of trees (say what? Shade in Yuma?) …where you can hear birds and a hoot owl along with the peace and quiet, come check this out! I’m handicapped and they didn’t even blink twice about helping me unhitch my travel trailer and hook me up when I got here.

Really nice people own and manage the place. Large sites with large trees for shade and protection from the wind. Some sites even have grass. The swimming pool is warm and clean, hot tub too. Reasonable prices. Great place to stop for a night or a month.

The owners and staff are by far the most welcoming and friendly we have EVER came across. Just ask and if they don’t have it they will go out and get it. Price is very reasonable. Spending the whole winter here and coming back next winter.

Found this place by a recommendation from friends. It is more like a campground with massive trees, large sites and even campfires. Everyone is friendly and most are staying longer term. Jonnie and Patrick are the owners and are very accommodating. I would not stay anywhere else when in this area.

Truely an Oasis in the desert. We came upon this park by sheer accident. It is surrounded by lettuce fields. Very friendly staff and the owners Patrick and Jonnie are always more than happy to accommodate your needs. Nice and quiet park with large sites. Close to Yuma and Algodones MX. Can get directly to the sand dunes with the quads. Has a heated pool and hot tub. Our 5th year coming to McCoys RV Park. Have made lots of good friends here. Sure am glad we found it!
