California and tribal fishing license are required if fishing on the tribal land.
We are just 8 miles from the Mexico border at Andrade/Los Algodones, where “medical tourism” is very popular. Many vising snowbirds receive dental care there every winter at significant savings. You can also purchase alcohol and prescription drugs. You will find authentic Mexican food, entertainment, hand-crafted pottery, jewelry, leather goods, toys, clothing, yard ornaments and much more! Yuma is known as the lettuce capital of the world! You can also find citrus and date groves nearby. Depending on the season, there are rodeos, pow-wows, street fairs and a large swap meet. See links below for more ideas.
