Daily rate discounts: Passport America, Good Sam and other clubs are limited to 3 days at half off.
*Seasonal occupancy begins on October 1st, ends on March 31st. Seasonal rate must be paid ahead for the next season when departing. Electricity is metered and payable at the end of the month. If visiting during the 6-month storage season, daily or weekly rates will apply.
Storage-only (for current residents): $125/month
All rates are for 2 people only, see manager for additional persons/pricing. (Maximum 5 persons per household.)
